Insurance Information
At In Line Chiropractic we have a variety of options available if you have health insurance. Currently, we are in-network providers with Blue Shield only. If you have coverage with another insurance company that is PPO (e.g.: Health Net, Cigna, Blue Cross, Aetna or United Health Care), you may have out-of-network provider benefits at our office. Unfortunately, we are not part of any managed care networks so we are unable to accept HMO plans. We do however, have very reasonable rates and package payment plans available. We are always more than happy to find out the details of your health plan when you call to schedule an appointment. We will call the insurance company for you!
